Located close to Helmeringhausen the farm is used for small stock and cattle farm.
External fenced by means of jackal proof fencing of which the southern-eastern boundary been 2.4m high game fencing with jackal proof below and internally with normal stock proof fencing. Divided into 5 jackal proof block with 38 normal stock proof camps.
Water at the farm is sourced from 7 installed boreholes. Gravel dam assist with water supply during the rainy season.
Landscapes includes level grass / bush plains, dry riverbeds, mountainous areas and valleys.
Electricity is sourced by means of solar panels / batteries/ inverter set and wind loader.
Soil type mainly includes level gravel like areas and sandy areas. The bulk of the farm comprises of Leptosols and Calcisols .
The prevailing climate of this area is semi-arid, with hot dry summers and cool to warm winters. Summer rainfall with approximately 98% in October and April of 120 – 150 mm per annum.
