The lodge holds the most secure lease available, granted by the Zambezi Communal Lands Board and sanctioned by Government. This 25-year Lease Agreement (of which 21 years remain), registered in the Lodge CC's name, is renewable, offering a high level of safety and assurance. This lease arrangement allows any foreigner to acquire the Lodge CC and maintain the conditions of the lease. The size of the land is 11.9ha.
