This farm can be sold as a going concern as you would already have an income from the following streams:
Income:
Charcoal - 400 T per year
30 kilns in large de-bushed areas to mitigate fire threat
30 workers which have accommodation on the farm
Grass bales - 500 T per year, depending on rain. The farm is situated on both sides of the road, so both corridors are allowed to be harvested. Equipment for this is included in the sale.
Hunting or culling - This farm is only used as an overflow from another hunting operation, so there are a number of animals which could be sold or culled to provide an immediate income.
Game:
Huge trophy Kudu's that roam freely between the fence and mountain area (this area is a corridor between the farm fence and the boundary that runs atop of the mountain range)
Large herds of Springbok, Eland, Impalas, Kudus etc
An electrified camp of 150Ha with Lechwe in.
Roads
All roads are well maintained and strategically built to double as firebreaks
Water:
The farm has four posts with waterholes and hides, boreholes have 2,8 Cubic meter pumps fitted, more than adequate for livestock and household.
