FARM LAYOUT:
The subject farm is 26.6043 hectares, the external boundary of which is fenced in by means of game proof fencing. A 3 ha are is fenced in by means of electric fencing. The farm is divided into 3 inner camps. The condition of the fencing can overall be regarded as good.
WATER SUPPLY:
Water at the subject property is sourced from 3 installed boreholes (2 electric submersible pumps,1 solar pump), supplying water at a depth ranging between 3070m to 5 reservoirs, ensuring a constant water supply at all areas in need. The water sourced is perfectly safe for human- and animal consumption.

TOPOGRAPHY:
The bulk of the property can be regarded as relatively flat and is 100% passable.
SOIL TYPE:
Soil type predominantly comprises of Arenosols, etc. Soil formations present has an average nutrient content, sufficient to sustain a diverse combination of bush, grass and tree types.
VEGETATION:
The vegetation is well suited for cattle, game and small stock farming, which can be regarded as a good mixture (for the area) with an even spread grasses and bushes/trees:
Almost all the vegetation is edible and can be regarded as good fatteners.
The official grazing capacity is 1:15 ha per LSU but is farmed with game.
